Therefore, we do not provide any returns, replacements, or cancellations for products or services listed by users.

1. No Return Policy

• LocalV2 does not facilitate or process product returns.
• Any return, exchange, or refund of items must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.
• Buyers are advised to carefully verify product details, condition, and seller reputation before completing any transaction.

2. No Cancellation Policy

• Once an ad is posted or a premium service is purchased, it cannot be canceled.
• Memberships, featured ads, or promotional upgrades are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Users may choose to deactivate or delete their ad/account at any time, but no refund will be provided.

3. User Responsibility

• LocalV2 only acts as a facilitator and does not participate in the buying/selling process.
• It is the responsibility of users to ensure that transactions are made with trustworthy buyers or sellers.
• LocalV2 will not be held liable for disputes, returns, or cancellations once a transaction is made outside the platform.

4. Dispute Handling

• If a buyer or seller faces an issue, they must resolve it directly with each other.
• LocalV2 may moderate disputes for safety concerns but is not obligated to provide returns or cancellations.
