At LocalV2 – India’s Trusted Classifieds Marketplace, we provide a simple and transparent system for posting ads, premium listings, and memberships. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our paid services.
1. General Policy
- All payments made towards premium ads, featured listings, subscriptions, and memberships on LocalV2 are non-refundable.
- Once a payment is successfully processed, the service is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. No Refund on Memberships or Premium Services
- Membership fees, featured ads, and promotional upgrades are final and non-refundable.
- Users are advised to review the available services carefully before making a payment.
3. Duplicate Transactions
- In case of an accidental duplicate payment, users may contact us within 7 working days at contact@localv2.com.
- After verification, the excess amount (if any) will be refunded or adjusted against future services.
4. Failed Transactions
- If a payment is deducted but the service is not activated due to a technical error, users must provide transaction details (screenshot, payment ID).
- Once verified with the payment gateway, the service will either be activated or the amount refunded within 7–10 working days.
5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
- All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking).
- LocalV2 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by these payment providers.
