3. Is LocalV2 free to use?

Yes. Posting basic ads is free. However, we also offer premium memberships and featured ads for better visibility.


4. What kind of products and services can I list?

You can list items in categories such as:

Simply log in, choose the right category, upload photos, add details, set a price, and submit. Your ad will be live after quick verification.

You can use the in-app chat feature or contact options provided on the listing. We recommend keeping all communication within the app for safety.


7. How does LocalV2 ensure safety?

We verify ads, monitor suspicious activity, and allow users to report fraudulent listings. Always meet in safe locations and verify before making payments.


8. Are payments handled within the app?

Currently, transactions are made directly between buyers and sellers. For premium features (like membership or featured ads), we support secure payments via trusted gateways.


9. Can I edit or delete my ad after posting?

Yes. Go to your dashboard → My Ads, select the ad you want to edit or remove, and make changes instantly.


10. What is the refund policy?

Memberships, premium ads, and featured listings are non-refundable. Please review details carefully before purchase.


11. Can I cancel an ad after posting?

Yes, you can delete or deactivate your ad anytime. However, cancellations of memberships or premium ads are not available.


12. Does LocalV2 guarantee the quality of products or services?

No. LocalV2 is a platform only. We do not verify product quality or guarantee transactions. Buyers and sellers are responsible for due diligence.


13. How do I report a suspicious ad or user?

Click the “Report” button on the ad or profile. Our team will review and take necessary action, including removal or account suspension.


14. Is my data safe on LocalV2?

Yes. We collect minimal data for account and app functionality. All information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
