This Android App Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the LocalV2 mobile application available on the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• The app is available only to users who are 18 years or older.
• By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, cards).
• As per our Refund Policy, all payments are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Services

• LocalV2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating app policies.
• Ads violating community guidelines will be removed without refund.

• LocalV2 acts only as a platform for buyers and sellers.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or authenticity of listed products/services.
• Users are responsible for verifying details before making transactions.

10. Updates & Changes

• We may release updates for security, new features, or bug fixes.
• Continued use after an update implies acceptance of revised policies.
